Our wax melts are hand poured from 100% soy wax and high quality fragrance oils. Each melt is lovingly decorated and coloured to suit the fragrance it is scented with. They provide a great scent throw and are a fantastic way to enjoy beautiful aromas in your home. Wax melts are also available in a gift box. Soy wax melts can be used as they are without melting them as natural air fresheners in a linen cupboard or wardrobe.
Each 10g melt can be used and remelted repeatedly and will provide around 8-10 hours of fragrance. We recommend a maximum of 4 hours of use per session. The more melts you add to your warmer, the more intense the scent becomes. Designed to be used with most wax warmers, electric and tea lights.
Made in Western Australia from local and imported ingredients. Please note that this is a handmade product, and no two items will be the same. Variations in size, weight and colour will occur, even within the same batch. For this reason, please use the image as a reference only.
Ingredients, weight & burn time
WEIGHT: 10-12g per melt, Each pack of melts contains 6 melts.
BURN TIME: approximately eight hours per melt
INGREDIENTS: soy wax, fragrance oil, botanicals, biodegradable glitter, mica powder, wax dye
PACKAGING: Our melts are shrink wrapped in packs of six and labelled.
How to use
USE: Each 10g melt can be used and remelted repeatedly and will provide around 8-10 hours of fragrance. We recommend a maximum of 4 hours of use per session. The more melts you add to your warmer, the more intense the scent becomes. Designed to be used with most wax warmers, electric and tea lights. If using as a natural air freshener, place one melt on a small piece of baking paper or aluminium foil
DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place your oil burner in a safe, stable location, away from drafts and anything flammable and also well out of the reach of children or pets;
- Place one or two melts in the top of a dry oil burner – larger rooms need more melts to produce enough scents, however do not burn more than three melt at the time;
- Reseal the pack to retain the fragrance of the remaining melts;
- Light a tea light candle in the base/turn on electric warmer of the oil burner and allow the wax to melt – when melted a delightful aroma will be released into the room;
- Extinguish the tea light candle when leaving the room – never leave it unattended;
- Solidified melts can be re-melted; and
- Once the melt doesn’t emit any fragrance, allow the wax to cool and remove the wax by gently tapping the sides of the burner before adding another.
Note: Some electrical warmers may not be sufficiently hot to melt them. 20/25 bulb are needed to melt properly.
STORAGE: Store your wax melts in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. This will preserve their quality, colour and scent.
WARNING: Fragrances contained may damage surfaces including wood, soft plastics, varnished surfaces, etc. Do not place directly onto these surfaces and wipe any spills immediately. For external use only. Keep away from children.
ABOUT SOY WAX
Soy wax is a natural product and depending on fragrances used and other variables, white frosting may develop on top of the wax. At the same time, some fragrances may ‘discolour’ the wax – often creating off-white, cream or light brown shades. Both are visual changes to the wax only and won’t impact on the performance of the candle.
