This soap was part of an exhibition for the latest Southern Art and Craft Trail with the theme ‘In the shallows’. The soap design is inspired by sea glass that my daughter and I have been finding at local beaches and shallow waters. The ‘sea glass’ embeds are cut from some Silky aloe soap, and have been poured in the terrazzo soap style. As the aloe soap, this bar contains skin soothing organic aloe vera puree which was freshly harvested from our own garden and is scented with lavender and cedarwood, a calming and slightly intriguing scent combination.
