The workshop fee includes travel to and from the workshop for up to 15km. Thereafter a mileage fee will be charged.
The workshop will be held at your venue, for example your home. The workshop space is required to be under cover, out of the sun and out of the wind, with enough space for the facilitator to walk around the tables. Backyard patio is fine as long it is in a weather protected location. If you require a different venue, the CWA Hall at Serpentine Road would be recommended. This can be be added to the workshop costs or you can book directly with CWA.
Equipment required at the venue are stable tables with enough space for each participant (for example a regular dining table or trestle table will be enough for six participants), a small table with space for supplies, microwave (not required for bath bomb making and bath dust), fridge/freezer space (for soap making), access to power points, running water. Katy can bring some of the above equipment for a small fee.
Refunds will only be given if the workshop is cancelled by Artisan Soap Works. Otherwise we are happy to work with you to find a new date to deliver the workshop.
